Frustrating app

Obviously, the app still has glitches and was not well designed. It does not keep my updated profile information. There is NO “Done” button to finalize any updates/edits in the Account Information section of My Profile so the info I enter just disappears! Also, the “Done” in the birthday question is on the left when it is on the right in other areas. This means a person can cancel their edited info if they aren’t careful. On top of it, I had to create a new account because it doesn’t even have a “Forgot Password?” option to reset my password. I definitely won’t be using this app or putting any credit card info with this many problems.

Your app is terrible. No prices, when you move between items it logs you out. Recent promotions bounce you around. Very poor when compared to others like McDonald’s or Wendy’s yours is at the bottom.

The app doesn’t allow for the customer to order a meal. Why have an app that doesn’t have this critical functionality? Most national quick serve competitor chains have that in their apps.
No coupons. Just a website wrapper

I have selected my Culver’s, so I’d like to be able to see prices. Also, it said if I signed up, I’d get a coupon in myculvers, and that has never happened.

What is the point of a app is there is not deals or coupons?! Very useless! I love culver’s but it’s expensive you need coupons!
