No way to save your “home location.” Every time you open the app, it sets the home store as Salk City, Mi. If you want to know what the flavor of the day is (which is the only thing I use the app for), I have to enter my zip code and choose the correct location.

OMG the food is amazing the hamburgers are really juicy and the cheese curds are soooo cheesy and the ice cream taste very excellent?
Poor navigation

Information is there, but navigation is poor. As you click into their pages you get stuck, no back button. You have to start all over. Hard to believe, but true.

Huge waste of time. While on a drive with my wife and sleeping 2 year old, I downloaded this piece of crap in the hopes of ordering ahead. Once in the app i quickly realized that I was indeed, very, very high. Except that I wasn’t. To call the interface disorienting is an understatement at best. I won’t attempt to describe the fever dream of an experience. Just don’t download the app. It’s really bad.

Wrist they would make a rewards program for buying pints of ice cream custard, or amount of meals bought too get a free Burger after buying 10 or so. A meal for your birthday, etc.....

This “app” is more like malware. I don’t have anywhere near this much trouble with any other app, and I have quite a few. This one gets stuck very easily. Either it takes way too long to respond, or it just jams up and stays there. I have to reboot the OS to get it up again. They’ll have to come up with something better or get a new app developer.
I really wanted it to work

Can not order anything. I logged in... I selected my store... I try to start an order and it never works. Theres a circle that goes around and around and never stops. Hope you guys get it fixed soon. It would be great to order on the road.

No deals or coupons why would you want to even download this app, what a waste. Who needs a menu to look at when you have google... don’t waste your time downloading this there’s nothing good in it.

The app doesn’t work. You pick a location and it says you didn’t. You try to make place an order and it will not put anything into the cart. Good for looking at menu and find a location, but that is it.
