Fun and entertaining! But...

Been playing for years and always enjoyed. Over the past few months the ads are out of control. It no longer is fun and quit annoying when there is an ad between every game.

Payment canceling!// Customer service???

I love the game, that isn’t the problem. The problem is that it’s too easy to mis-click and get signed up for deals that aren’t good. And there is no way to cancel the payment from the app. I have emailed several times to get it resolved bc my bank can’t cancel it. This in my opinion should be easier to. I shouldn’t have this charge on my account for the rest of my life because I cannot find where to cancel!! Also I “contact them” and get an auto response that sends me to FAQs that day nothing about canceling anything!

I have tried a bunch of other criminal games, but Criminal Case is the best one. It’s hard, but fun. It’s always exciting to me when I finish a chapter. I get to figure out the whole thing. Like, who the killer was, and everything else. I highly recommend this game! Have fun playing!

Too many ads, too repetitive, game takes too long to play

The game is interesting but, it gets boring when you have to keep playing the same scene 25 times or more in order to advance. In addition...as many phone games...there are way too many ads. It’s funny because the ads are also repetitive. Rather than constantly ask players if they want to buy more energy, why can’t there just be a one time fee to get access to all the levels without so many ads?

This is the best crime game ever made. I mean yes I have to wait a little bit for energy but when I have the energy it is awesome. I am on case 12 and let’s just say all the cases were fun. There were some that I didn’t find that fun but others were. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that there are additional cases after each case and that I have to wait 24 hours just to start another case. Also if you want to play with friends you have to have Facebook. But other than that, yea it is an amazing game and I think you should get it.
