Only supports iPhone 6s, iPad Pro and IOS 10. If you contact them they send you back the help page that does not fix their lack of support for new generations of Apple products. The most widely phones laptops and iPads. I got my 6th blue page again. At this point I believe they can update their system for newer device and just don’t care.
Ads shoved down our throats

I used to play this game and the only time you had to watch ads was when you wanted to earn energy. Now after almost every play they shove ads in my face. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and play this game because it was so addictive. But now I only login like twice a day. Please ease up on the ads. We understand you created the game to make money but there has to be a better way rather than forcing us to watch ads

Criminal case is excellent.It has skills that you can use in the future and I like how you can customize your character.Other games I have tried to get are either inappropriate or boring but this was perfect. Me my brother are playing nonstop.We have all the Criminal Case games you can get!I hope you guys continue working on new Criminal Case games.

it takes way too long to get the star and to go to a diffrent level. i thibk im gonna dleate this app it takes way too long to play. all the other crimanal case app r all the same way not a fan anymore.
Most intrusive ads ever

Even when you’re shown ads, you can click the close button to move on. In this app the close button just pushes you to the App Store. You are literally forced to click through to play the game. Don’t bother. This game is ads based and awful.

I do love this game, but the recent changes to how one saves energy strike me as a little greedy. For instance, energy no longer accrues past 110, and mor annoying still, if you level up with a full energy bar you get nothing. It is my hope that the developers of this game will lighten up a bit, especially when many of us are stuck at home with little to do. Please think about being slightly more generous during these difficult times.
