It’s so fun I’ve been playing it since I got it! I can’t stop! Yeah there is a bit of language but it’s so fun to play and I think you should get it, and feel the way I do

Great game but the ads are insane now! They kill any pleasure from the game! I won’t play anymore when there’s an ad after almost every play! Come on now! Five thumbs down! ?????

I’ve been playing Criminal Case for 4 years and I love it. However in the last month many of my teammates and I have not been able to receive any shared gifts from each other, or those given by the game. We have all deleted and reinstalled game after deleting and reinstalling Facebook. I personally have tried to update IOS; I play on an iPad. I am able to play the game and share juice, coins and chips. This message is for the developers, please fix these bugs. Thank you.

I do love these games, and while I completely understand the need for these ads, they are too frequent and way to long!! Some are 1 and2 minutes long!! What should take 15 minutes to play these games, takes me an hour at least! The ads popping up after doing only 2 scenes is too much!!

Really I just don’t like that you have to use 20 energy just to play one level?♀️. Whatever that’s really the only bad thing.???
Ads freeze and mess up the game play

First of all, it plays ads in the middle of a scene. I started a scene, and an ad popped up, and it froze; so I finally got the scene to start, and it already had well over a minute counting. Getting stars to talk to someone or continuing to another chapter is annoying. Also, getting stars after you’ve already finished the case is tedious. When the game offers a “happy hour bonus” of completed cases finishing 2X faster, it apparently doesn’t apply to the collection mode; which is already extremely tedious as it is, playing an entire case a third time around. As for moving on to any edition after Pacific Bay, it asked to download an entire new app; which I was okay with......UNTIL it starts you over from the beginning on status, etc; which is utterly disheartening. So I deleted the new app.

Been playing for years but now I only play when bored. Cannot stand that they barely offer videos for energy. Also trying to contact someone with the app is pointless. It sends you to some generic page and you get a generic email response. Much better games out there.

I love this game sooo much! I played it with my friend and fell in love! I have it for myself now and it’s soo fun! I really recommend it!

This is one of my favorite games,but support is a joke. No help! Just give suggestions to try to fix problem ?. The x6 hasn’t worked in a long time nor do I ever receive any x6??. Very Very disappointing!!!! 3/8/2020 Still not able to receive the x6☹️. Now not able to collect Orange Juice or coins from players. I would rate your help much lower if I could! If you want a higher star rating fix the problems! Still having difficulties 3/16/2020 Help is more like a -50??
