Payment canceling!// Customer service??? – Criminal Case Review

I love the game, that isn’t the problem. The problem is that it’s too easy to mis-click and get signed up for deals that aren’t good. And there is no way to cancel the payment from the app. I have emailed several times to get it resolved bc my bank can’t cancel it. This in my opinion should be easier to. I shouldn’t have this charge on my account for the rest of my life because I cannot find where to cancel!! Also I “contact them” and get an auto response that sends me to FAQs that day nothing about canceling anything!
