I enjoy the game but between some of the ridiculously wait times for labs and the pop up ads, it ends up being an exercise in exasperation. I understand they need to make money but it gets tedious.

You make us use stars that we earn for silly situations in addition you require us to use stars to advance to the next chapter that should be automatic. Turning over objects to other members for evaluation take far too many hours. I am currently playing three of these games and they are all the same in so far as what I have e described. Stop wasting our stars and our time waiting for the experts. Thank you.

I played through all the levels of Criminal Case, I had MULTIPLE EXTRA energy stored up. 40 hamburgers, 28 Potato chips and some orange juices. When you reach the end of Criminal Case you have to download Pacific Bay. When doing so, you lose your rank AND all of the extra energy stored. It does not transfer to the new game. So if you purchased extra energy, clothes etc., you lose money. Tried contacting the company, got an auto-generated message back, basically nothing will be restored.

I enjoy the game very much in fact I play all 4 games in the CC series. I have been playing for over two years, play everyday more than once a day. The biggest problem is there is no real tech support. It is disgraceful. The automatic reply for help does not have all the answers. There should be real e-mail support. I tried contacting Pretty Simple and FB but there is no response.

I enjoy playing all the Criminal Case games but do have a couple of complaints. I wish that when we leveled up we didn’t lose what energy we already had. Instead they should just add to our existing totals. Since scenes cost 20 energy to play, why aren’t the energy replenished in multiples if 20????
Wish I knew the correct order for the games from the first to the last

I play all of the criminal case games and enjoy them all but my only complaint is I thought that I started with the first game. but I didn’t one of the characters died in the one that I thought was the first but is alive in the next 2.
Intrusive ads that stops your music

Every level you complete, they seem to force an ad on you and it will stop your music playing. Very bad design.

I had rated this game poorly in the past because the daily bonuses weren’t working and my several emails weren’t being responded to. The new bonus system is working properly and I really enjoy playing this game.
