Ads ruining game

This entire series are some of the best games ever available from the Apple Store. HOWEVER, the random ads have made it a struggle to enjoy let alone play. 1. Ads suddenly popping up in the middle of a game scene. 2. Ads not properly closing out & freezing the game and/or showing no way to close out or black screen. Forcing me to close out completely & restart. Often losing energy because of it. 3. Ads playing & then part way thru, game closing itself, often causing loss of energy. Fix the ad issue & it's a 4 star game & experience. Offer a paid version(I'd be happy to pay $10.00 for an ad free game) & it's a 5 star. Until then it's 2 stars with struggling game play caused by the ads. Thank you.

This is the 3rd update I’ve done and I still lose all my energy when I close the app. Also I have not gotten the 100 bonus energy with the past 3 updates. I have tried everything. Can u please fix it. This is my third request. Am I the only person experiencing this? You have fixed this problem with the other 2 Criminal Case games. Why not this one?

I have started this game 4 times. If keeps crashing. It’s a lot of fun but I don’t think that I’ll ever get to the end. Do not pay any money and don’t bother collecting pages for your album.

Love this game - it's very addictive - not on f.b. so in the beginning was spending money for energy now I just time everything which works out fine I just keep busy until the bar fills or a character is available this works fine for me
