Don’t buy or store any app purchases! – Criminal Case: Pacific Bay Review

I played through all the levels of Criminal Case, I had MULTIPLE EXTRA energy stored up. 40 hamburgers, 28 Potato chips and some orange juices. When you reach the end of Criminal Case you have to download Pacific Bay. When doing so, you lose your rank AND all of the extra energy stored. It does not transfer to the new game. So if you purchased extra energy, clothes etc., you lose money. Tried contacting the company, got an auto-generated message back, basically nothing will be restored.
