I hate the spinning wheel. I liked the old way better. Wish there were more crime scenes

Many bugs in the last upgrade , I've been playing for a long time but this last upgrade has made it impossible to play. The game keeps locking my iPad up with a black or sometimes blue screen, to get back in I have to turn the iPad off and on then start over. Losing interest in playing . Bob

I play 4 CC games. This is the only one that erases my energy points if I need to leave the screen mid-game, when an ad freezes up or just gives a black screen. It’s also the only game that asks me to log into FB every time. Then it loses connection with FB, asks me to log into FB again and erases all my energy points if I re/log. I’ve written Support only to receive a link to FAQ. No info or support at all there. I wish the game was fixed.

I have the loved this from the beginning I just case 59 in the wastes and I got promoted and went to save the world problem is I already play it I am upset that you did that please put me back in pacific bay and come up with more cases this stinks I already play all but one criminal case game you just did and update I was hoping you adding newer cases but no you did not please add some more like I send I love this game I would hate to delete it

First issue, I thought I liked the game at first, you would offer free gifts if I watch an advertising video. It worked and I was excited. Before I finished the first case it stopped working. I would watch your video and now it goes to a second page after it is done only to make me sit for over 5 minutes and you never pop up claim your gift. It just sits there on a picture and never moves. I have to close the app minimum 2 times and I never get the gifts. It is false advertisements. Now you expect me to pay for everything. To play this app you have to have deep pockets. I would not recommend this game to anyone!!!!! Second issue, in the first case you have a gay couple but for me to have an African American advitar I have to wait (only ones available when you first start are white people) until I unlock it and then I have to pay. You are LGBT but you are racist against other ethnicities. Seriously?!?

I play both the first was great until all the adds started popping up, Pacific Bay characters are just way off (Idiots). This will be the last I play. It really was fun but you just lost it with PB. Disappointed!

Troubled ? Over thinking your day?play criminal case it settles your thought process and relaxes you ! Love the different scenes and lets you play at your own pace ! The pop ups gotta quit thou your losing people’s interest and they quit playing thus your having to recruit players !!!! Let the games continue without the sales pitches of other sites !

I hate the ads and have sent messages to the makers but have NEVER received even a message saying they received my messages. I even let them know I’d be willing to pay a small amount to get rid of the ads.

I play 2 of these games and have for more than a year on my i-pad. What I so dislike is playing a scene and then an ad. A scene and then an ad. It really is a little much. I do not pay attention to them any and NEVER gotten any will NEVER get a game as a result of your dis disruptive ads.As a note, I play 2different games daily on my desktop computer and been boing so since before. 2014. please update for some more. resealable display of ads. note - these are not the ads you can elect to play for free points.

Use to be one of my favorites but not anymore, now ads starting pop-up in the middle of the game, very annoying!
