Love Cricut Design Space, just not on the iPad

I’ve been using Cricut Design Space both on my desktop and iPad since September ‘17. It’s so nice being able to take the iPad to my business and have the option of cutting out HTV designs created at home (on the desktop) since everything is saved in the Cloud. The convenience of the app is great, but quite a few of my projects won’t load properly on the iPad. Sometimes it says the file is corrupt and to call Cricut or the font just does not transfer correctly. Many times I’ve had to weld parts together at home on Design Space just so I can cut them out at my business using the iPad app. (I sell many personally designed products in my store.) The other frustrating aspect is how difficult it can be to create a new project on the app compared to on the desktop. After a few failed attempts at making something new on the iPad, I’ve given up and will only work Design Space on a computer. Perhaps other users have only been on the iPad app, but I for one prefer the desktop.

I bought my Explore Air 2 in May 2018. I have already used it to make no less than 25 custom shirts, many many decals and more!! ❤️❤️❤️ I can’t say enough great things about the ease of use and perfection of the work!! The Cricut Design Space is SUCH an easy tool to work with. I have used the app from my iPhone, iPad and my home computer (typically I am only using my home computer to download and then upload SVG files I have obtained outside of cricut since this is cumbersome from my iPhone). All have the same functionality and ease of use within Design Space, but I actually prefer using my iPhone just for handiness sake since I always have that right with me... DEFINITELY an app not to be without while using your Cricut!!

Being able to design on the go and then open on any of my devices... game changer!!! I love that the app looks and feels the same on all options. This program opens up a door to your creativity!

Great app, would be nice to have capabilities to download different fonts like you can on the desk top. Other than that works great.

So, Cricut works good on my iPad or phone but not on the computer. Super slow to download what I was working on my iPad. Once I’m able to open my project on the computer, the size is changed or incorrect. I can size something to be 3X2.5 on the iPad but will save or print out way smaller then that.

Love using the I-pad with this app. Very user friendly and easy to run. Much easier than running on a pc. Thank you Cricut for a great app!

I prefer using my iPad over my laptop when it comes to designing and searching. That being said, I feel cheated because not all features are interchangeable. So I cannot find certain features on my app that I can in the PC version. If this was possible I would be all in.
