Won’t let my family log in

I was locked out of the account for a few days and I was definitely entering the password correctly. So to get back in I reset the password but now none of my family can log back in or reset the password. We’re using the correct emails and password and it still won’t work and they’re all locked out. This is the dumbest thing ever

I love this app but I just wish we could receive text messages in addition to emails. I will see a text “to do” way before an email.
Waaaay too simple for a 16 year old app

The first thing I tried was the todos and they are extremely limited and lack basic functionality. You can’t put notes on a task (like the outcome). You can’t see all your tasks in 1 place. You can’t decide what tasks show up on the home page. In a shared list you can’t assign specific tasks to specific people. You can’t link tasks. You can’t set a deadline. Next I tried the calandra and it’s also weak. From my imported work cal all I can see is I’m busy so I still have to go my work calendar For a 16 year old app I’d expect it to look more professional and have more features than what a high school nerd could probably whip up in a weekend.
App has stopped working in shopping mode

We have been very satisfied with the app until recently. We go to the grocery store using Cozi list. All the items on the list disappear once we start using the shopping mode. Is there a fix for this issue?

We joined cozi early on, starting our with the free version and moving to the premium version for the month view. We’ve had that for many years as our family calendar and organizing hub. Unfortunately the developers no longer seem to have much interest in the app. It has become less impressive with time as other better calendar apps have emerged, with more intuitive interfaces and modern visuals, and we’ve finally reached the point that we’re canceling our cozi premium subscription and moving to another app. There have been a number of areas of growing dissatisfaction but the big one that tipped us over was notifications. When we input a calendar appointment and set reminder notifications (eg. Send a reminder notification 2 hours before and 30 minutes before) AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT DETAILS (eg. the date/time of the appointment) the app still sends out the original reminders! So if on January 1st I enter an event for Feb 7th at 3pm, with reminder notifications set for 6 hours prior and 1 hour prior, and then on January 10th I edit the event to change the appointment from February to March 7th at 3pm, I will still receive reminders on February 7th of the originally scheduled event. We have contacted Cozi customer support about this. They are aware of this flaw, had no good fix for it, and conveyed no plans to fix it. The only suggested solution was to delete and reinstall the app… EVERY TIME WE CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME, to avoid phantom reminder notifications. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Great for busy families

My family really likes the app. It helps us with meal planning, coordinating drop off/pick up off kids, and assigning chores. Suggestions for improvement: a day view for the calendar to see when there’s open times in the schedule. Ability to add “due dates” to “to do” list
Using for years

The ability to add items as I run out is great. I also make sections for each store. Just put the store name in all caps. Then move your items to the proper store list. Another good thing is I can add as hubby is in the store. Just wish it was Alexa enabled.
Be careful when deleting

Be careful when you are deleting a member from the family. Especially if you use for work purposes. I somehow locked myself and my prev employer out of the app while trying to remove my email from the primary user account. I’ve emailed customer service twice and no support.
