My only complaints are that the mobile interface seems to give my wife problems and they need to develop a way to synchronize with outlook. They had a beta then took it down. If they can't figure it out I will change apps.

To be quite honest I don't normally do reviews. But I feel compelled to write this one. I down loaded cozi about a year or so ago. I figured it'd be like most other apps that I end up deleting. I was wrong. Me and my family depend on cozi everyday. It's an amazing product and you'd be wasting time if you tried anything else.

This was my first experience using a family organizing app. I really like the shared calendar, shopping & to do lists. As far as I can tell, you can't search the calendar--iPhone calendar does this well. I like the reminders, but even though I'm careful to only select the correct person(s) for notifications, every member of the family gets notifications for everything--very irritating. An added feature I would use is the ability to hide certain calendar items--pick who can see it. Some days I like to plan out my day with several entries, but my family doesn't need or want to know when I schedule a workout or cleaning schedule. It would also be nice to be able to print old calendar entries--it helps to look back & see when certain events or doctor appointments took place.

This app is a lifesaver in keeping track of what is going on with our family of 11 on a day basis. I love being able to enter all school calendars, sports schedules, work schedules, and more into separate activity schedules. This makes it easy to keep track of everything. Being able to access this app even without having wi-fi is another plus. I do wish I was able to access the activity schedules from the mobile app without having to go to the web version to get to that part of the schedules. I don't understand why that is not available on the app and would love for that feature to be added. I'm also wondering if menu plans can be added to the app as well so everyone can see what we are having for dinner during the week.
