Canned response customer service; fine print fail – CoverMe Private Text & Call Review

I have had CM for years now which means I’ve had to switch devices - not a smooth process - the fine print of what backup subscriptions DO (which data is saved & can be restored) is not made plain • Customer service is “canned” - apologizes & that is about it & drags on without any resolution(s) especially if multiple issues (we have to talk to technicians...) • It is fine for hiding docs, pics & video but sharing them with another user is hit & miss (and, again, iffy if you change or restore a device) • DO NOT EXPECT YOUR MONEY’S WORTH! There must be a easier-to-use & understand subscription encryption service. This has gotten worse over the years, not better.
