The latest update (which didn’t allow ANY functionality of the app whatsoever while underway & caused a HUGE delay in business operations for a full 4 days straight and then some due to an inability to preview the calendar for upcoming client appointments or availability which directly impacted response time & booking for inquiring clients) no longer reflects recurring appointments now!! I always had a problem with this feature not reflecting my selections right away but now nothing shows up on the calendar. Whatever tech support did, they failed to reactivate the part that makes it visible on the calendar, again. This feature is very critical to build client retention, maintain customer loyalty & reduce no shows simply due to another feature that is in direct association to text reminders!! If the appointment doesn’t reflect on the calendar how are we to know that a reminder text is being issued or not? I could be completely wrong here & maybe the texts are being issued just not visible on the calendar but either way it’s not good business for us to operate blindly!!! Please correct this ASAP & don’t log us out completely from the app while you do requested corrections in the meantime as it directly impacts our daily business flow. While you’re at it, please add an alternative client, calendar, booking, text/email feature on the website for 24/7 access ANYWHERE on ANY DEVICE (which includes a computer, not just a phone or tablet). Also, not all client entries sync to alternate calendars; only a handful do. This is why the website should also allow for mirror imaging of the app features but be available for viewing if/when the app goes through future updates!!!

I shop at the one in Egg Harbor township and I love the manager John and his team. They are so helpful and nice. All businesses should have people like them working for them

SLOW AND GLITCHES

I would love to use the app so I can just stock up on my products but this app is either so slow or doesn’t let me check out my items. I wish they would update it and make it functional. This is so frustrating.

I have no clue why or how this app has 4.8 stars. It’s unorganized, confusing, lags. I absolutely hate having to use it. Please for the love of god just start fresh and give us something clean and modern. Oh and something that actually works would be great.

It will not show me the products or prices. Been this way for almost 2 months & I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, updated it, etc. Please fix this!

Was always bad with a terrible interface, but now you cant shop within the app at all. Clicking on any product just opens it in your browser, and when you return to the app from there its just the start page, not where you left off) please fix this bs.

I really want to utilize this app to shop for supplies online but it crashes every 5-10 minutes. It is so incredibly frustrating to use. There is also no option for curb side pick up which is very disappointing, particularly during this time when we need it most. It lists curb side pickup available at locations but you cannot order online for curb side pickup which makes zero sense to me. I don’t have a lot of time to call in my orders and often do most of my work orders online in the evening after I’m done with clients and most places are closed. There are a lot of issues with this app that need to be fixed. I’m quite tech savvy and have built websites on my own, but this app, at least the store portion of it, is not user friendly at all. I honestly expect a much better app with way less glitches and something very on point in technology from a large company like Cosmoprof. This app is unfortunately a huge letdown and not up to par.
