I usually was able to see my purchase history for my tax filing and there seems to be a problem cause none of it came up recently. Everything stays blank . Not sure if it’s due to our current world situation or what ?

For the past month the app wouldn’t let me open the scheduling calendar to set appointments up. It wouldn’t let me even open the app all together. I’ve lost appointments that I would save. It’s been rather a pain to deal with. I love the scheduling part of it but when it doesn’t work it makes trying to get my clients in difficult

Keep me logged in

Whenever I do anything in the shop part of the app it won’t keep me logged in and will never show prices. Very annoying and I have to just use the web version instead of the app all the time.

I used other apps that had a cost associated. This does everything I wanted and more. I love this user friendly app.

Your app doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’m not sure who is giving you five star ratings. Have they used it? The app keeps you logged in for your digital card but to see the dang prices you have to login every time. Also says that it will add your password for you automatically but that doesn’t work. You can’t search by barcode or scan anything. Type in the full name of a product and shows you nothing. Thank you for having an app so bad that it makes those of us who would never leave a review actually do it. Please take notes from salon centric and pull it together.

I love the app! It has all the information, brands, colors, sales, my beauty ID card,all in one place. It’s great to be connected to stylists and manufacturers all in one place!

I love the app and use it all the time. Only problem that I have found is - when booking an appointment, sometimes it appears on the day previous to the day picked. Then I have to reschedule the appointment to the correct day.
