How am I supposed to browse and shop if nothing pops up all it does is show a blank page very frustrating no point on having the app

Great neck location Virginia Beach very helpful I shop here now bcz Dam Neck location has locked its doors on me 2xs while I was getting ready to purchase items for my Salon they saw me coming up to the door and locked it 10 min early also they are not friendly like Great Neck they get annoyed when you need help especially Jackie I think she’s the mgr.her attitude isn’t very professional! Thankfully there are other Cosmoprof’s in my area bcz I will not be shopping at the Dam Neck location

I have tried to just simply sign in multiple times and it says there’s no account with my email. I went down to the store to make sure my info was correct and it is. The employees couldn’t even help me sign in because they had no idea what to do. I can’t reset my password because my email isn’t “correct” but yet i have an account...
