Touch I.D will not set up. I keep trying to set it up but every time I log out I have to key my password and username back in to login
The app overall is highly informative of account info. The Touch ID was great initially, but mine was disabled and every time I tried to enable it and set it up again, it wouldn’t connect. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still wouldn’t work. It’s a bit tedious to type in my account info and sometimes I feel pretty skeptical to login in public without Touch ID. Other than that, the app it great.
Bring touch Id back, without it the App is pointless. I have tried everything from deleting the app to checking my phone settings. It tries to fool you trying to set up touch ID but it disables it anyway. Fix it please!
Initially liked this app, but the Touch ID is having a glitch now and makes me sign in manually every time, which I don’t like. Fix it and I will be happy to re-download this app, which I have since deleted.
Basically a good app, but Touch ID needs to be fixed. Keeps asking if I want to set it up, but when you sign out after setup it doesn’t work without a standard manual sign in.
Please please please just fix the Touch ID. It’ll work sometimes and then other times it doesn’t. It’s tedious trying to type your password in over and over again.
I love my CVCU app but once I updated my phone, my Touch ID wouldn’t work anymore. I asked about it while I was in one of the branches one day and was told that they are working on updating their app so it will be compatible with the newer iOS updates. Hopefully, once they get the app updated, Touch ID will work again.
App has multiple issues! Service failure error occurs more than 80% of the time and the touch sign in feature has never worked.
Since the latest update, I have not been able to transfer money from one account to another.
