My app will not update to the latest version. I do not have the ability to cash checks at all. I am on the latest version of IOS, and I have never been given the option for an update to the app.

App was working great until the latest update. Now cannot use the app for bill pay. When you pull up bill pay and click on payees the app closes. Have uploaded latest version of IOS and deleted app and reinstalled it to try to fix the problem. Nothing works.

New update will not allow you to use FACE ID with iPhone, it allows you to set up the Face ID however it automatically disables after you enable it, nor does it save your user ID anymore makes you type your information every time.
Just gets worse and worse!

Since the latest update: First, it wouldn’t let you do bill pay. I called and they corrected that. Somewhat anyway. Now, when I need to login, I have to type everything in each time. It says it’s setting up Touch ID, but it never does. I’m most likely going to forget the app and just sign into the desktop version on my phone each time. I’m so over this app?

App needs to be fixed. Touch ID not working and won’t remember log in info. Not good.
