Says My Password & Username Are Invalid When They Aren’t. Says My Security Questions Answer Is Invalid. Can’t Get In At All. This Happens Often. The Support Is Terrible!

I haven’t had any real issues with the app and have completed bill pay transactions and deposited checks, etc. one thing I would like to see fixed is when you log off if you have Face ID set up it immediately will log you back in. I think Face ID should only be looking for your face if you are opening the app not in it already and logging out. I have to turn the phone away as I’m logging out to stay logged out.

The previous version worked so much better. Now depositing via this app is clunky and the Touch ID no longer works with this latest update.

App was really good, when the fingerprint log in was added it helped out a lot. It’s been about 3 months now since the fingerprint ID stopped working, I’ve emailed and got a response saying there were working in it. Yeah that was about 3 months ago, still does not work.

At first, it was a little outdated/clunky, but it was what we had. Good, but could have been a bit better. The new update makes it a lot more desirable. Thank you for adding Touch ID, my password was too long!

Deposit feature no longer syncs with the camera or flash any more. Makes it extra hard to deposit, frame or snap checks. Other than that it has been a handy app.
Good App but please add Apple Pay

Overall the app works well, but it needs an update or refresh. Please add the ability to use Apple Pay.

What happened to the direct deposit option and the Touch ID? My app has gone back to the old version and it looks like the updated, awesome version is gone?? Can we please try to fix this!!
