I never write reviews but for this app I have to. I’ve never meditated before but I do have trouble falling asleep and I don’t like taking my sleeping pills. I tried this app listening to Ross I did it exactly as Ross said as I fell asleep! I did wake up but I checked my phone in the morning and I slept better than I used to. From now on I will be using this app to go to sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone who might have doubts. Pull the trigger and buy it.

I have been using this app for several months and I love it. I have a hard time getting my mind to stop long enough to fall asleep and never stay asleep all night long but this app re-focus' my thoughts and allows me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I highly recommend.
