Too much yammering

First of all, the man's voice is creepy and there was no way I could relax to that. Second, there was way too much instructional yammering in the beginning to the point where my blood pressure rose and my stress level was elevated because it should've been a 15 second instruction. Deleted.

Once the instructions were given then it should have been just the instrumental melodies instead I felt like I was in some workout session. No relaxation at all because the dude talks the whole time "breathe in" I know how to do that on my own. Sorry dude but you need to chill out after 3 minutes.

This is such a great app! I can now meditate no matter where I am, this is great! The music is very relaxing. The voice is so soothing that you can feel yourself drifiting at times. Great easy to use interface. Really helps out with a stressful day. I highly recommend this app and use it all the time!
