I've used this app for two years now. I suffer from panic attacks and have tried all the top meditation/mindfulness/hypnosis apps, but this is the one I always come back to.

This is such a wonderful app that I use after a long hard and stressful day. As soon as I turn on the meditation music, I come to a state of relaxation that is unexplainable. Besides the great user interface, HD recordings, and relaxation that are offered to me, I also get to share with my friends and family my experiences. I am definitely going to invest in the full version where I can get so much more! Highly recommended!
