Can’t buy one-way ticket?

I love the new update! It’s so clean, logical, and fast! However, I can no longer buy one-way tickets ($1.75) and only have the option of buying a one day pass ($5.00)?

This San Diego app is laughable. If you want to purchase a one way you can not. Full day only. Plus, on the bus exact change only. No credit cards or way to top off a Compass Card. Fail for the rider.

Tickets bought late at night should carry over to next day on 24 hour time length , stole my 5 dollars, can’t buy a one way

I bought a day pass on 5/06/19 And the ticket said it expires on 05/05/20 which is like a whole year away? Also I was able to get onto one bus with no problem but then when I transferred to the other the bus driver was rude and kept saying “show me, show me show me” show you what??? He said the trolley. I have no idea what he was talking about and then he’s like you don’t know how to use it you should learn. Idk my first time using the app and it kinda seems like a bust, should have just bought the actual card.

This is the best public transit app I’ve ever used. As a developer, big shout out to the team that built this! Well done! My biggest (and only) feature request would be to have a history view that displays all tickets by date and price. Right now the history view is tucked in and offers no dates, which makes it harder to submit tickets for expense reimbursement. Add that and this would be complete! ?

No way to add to wallet, can purchase anything except day and monthly passes, doesn’t like it when you swap to another app and go back It would be a nice feature if it had bus times, like include that number on the stop as something you can use in app without sending a text

It’s a very handy app, I love that i can buy my trolley and bus tickets way ahead without rushing at the station looking for change and tapping. Really recommend it

Overall not bad, but occasionally the app crashes and it does not work when the phone has no signal. They should really ensure that the passes can be accessed even when the phone is not connected to the wifi or data.
