also, can we have the option to connect a physical pass to the account? so that just incase the app screws up, which it does, we can use our physical pass when the officers come to check? it took several minutes to load once on the trolley and the officer started to try giving me a ticket, but i have an active monthly pass! sure i could go to court and fight it but that’s reallllllly unnecessary

Great app but I wish you would add the one way fare on here as well because not everyone has a ticketing station nearby and cant use a compass card. And some people only need a one way and not all day. Waste of money to buy something o don’t need
Convenient

I love how convenient this app is. I don’t even use my compass anymore cuz it makes an extra step in getting to where i need to go.

Buyer be careful- easy to accidentally double purchase and purchases are non-refundable... Poor policy... Visiting from out of town - not helpful
This app is garbage

Scheduling is NOT ever accurate. Will have you buying a pass only to watch the bus leave as you are arriving 10min before the “scheduled” time.
