If you don’t already know what bus, where it goes and the stop times, give up. This idiotic, confusing, unintelligible piece of garbage will not get you there.

It is convenient, however the app crashes often. Can make you look bad with the trolley officers when your pass doesn’t pop up.

So this app owes me two passes. And I tried to contact them but no one got back to me. This is a good app but it needs work on issues.
No option for single ride

Great overall but you have to purchase day tickets instead of single use which is bad for people who only use 1 ride a day

This app was not user friendly! When I mistakenly ordered 8 too may passes I contacted the company they refused to refund the passes bought. I explained I was a senior and couldn’t afford the extra passes, it made no difference. Worst customer service!

MTS. YOU really need to add the digital pass on to your physical bus pass in case your phone dies, told me it was my burden to present my pass after they had collected my money and gave me a ticket ?otherwise I love app.

It’s a really great app and it’s super helpful ! It’s a lot easier and faster for me to get a ticket this way and I tend to lose my cards for the bus a lot so having it on my phone instead is a great help. I wish they had the option to buy a pass for a week or a few weeks though like how you can with the machines. I’m not sure if they still do that though, I’ve been using this app for a long time! It’s great thank you!

Free ride day is a wonderful promotion, but I wonder how many people like myself wasted $6 because the official app doesn’t tell you or have an ad or banner or anything. Simple fix, and there’s probably upset people all over the city
