won’t even let me log in

i had this app a while back and really enjoyed all the insights and features, especially the “grade” my instagram account got. i deleted it because i stopped putting a lot of effort into my personal account. however now, i have created an art account on instagram and wanted to look at the same insights, but it won’t even let me log in to my instagram! i have tried logging into my old account, creating new accounts with facebook and a different email, and continuing as guest but no matter what i do, the app is only letting me connect a facebook page and not an instagram account. well, i don’t have a facebook page, so that’s pretty useless. and even when i try to skip through the facebook login, it tells me i did it successfully and then asks me to login with facebook again. or it just crashes. basically, it’s unusable now and i guess i’ll have to find another app

Just says fetching data and they put a dead link in their support page for refunds. You have to manually put “support” in the url bar before the link they provide to report a problem.

Literally just signed up and it will only let me chec competitors pages not use my own. Waste of time I used to like this app.

It seems like the company or developer just abandoned this app. I am paying for the pro subscription, and I am not able to add an additional account which it states I am able to with the subscription. I've emailed the developer a few times, and I have not gotten a response back. The Twitter link on the website leads to a dead end. If someone decided to abandoned their app, they need to take it down!
A bug is preventing my usage of this app

This is useful for my small business but I literally cannot see my stats anymore because the app thinks I am not on pro. I have restarted and refreshed and I’m still being led to sign up for pro over and over, when I already have. Would be great if I could get past this bug, since Instagram changed its analytics page I basically get no insight from it whatsoever so I really hope someone on yalls team can help me out with this.. it would be really nice to be able to use this app again. I had usage of it for about 30 minutes before it started bugging out on me.

Charged me $59 during the free trial and I had to submit for a refund through Apple. Highway robbery. The app doesn’t have any features that are even useful. GARBAGE

Its a pretty coolApp that allows you to see cool insights about your Instagram profile but the only thing I don’t like is for some reason at least for me when I click on any of the profile of yours or website clicks or new followers buttons it doesn’t show me who any of them are it just shows me a blue dot I don’t know why I can’t see any of them it’s kind of weird because I thought that was the whole point of the app was to know who is reviewing your profile but it doesn’t even tell you the names kind of disappointing but it’s still a pretty cool app I just would like to know if maybe this is a glitch or something.

Needed an app to help with hashtag analytics, so I read the description and it says there’s a free trial or a monthly billing subscription option. However, after you go through and setup the app, there’s a hard paywall that forces you to pay for an annual subscription up front. No other option! Tried to reach out, but no response. They say small business, but this seems shady. They should have forced that option before doing all the setup.
