Doesn’t work anymore

I paid for a year long subscription. Due to changes at Instagram the app no longer works for me and command refused my request for a refund.

I have a business account on Instagram and it is connected to my Facebook but multiple time I have tried to add the page but it doesn’t show up. I don’t know what’s going on but nothing will work anymore on this app

App worked for maybe a day or two

I downloaded this app just to find the best times to post. I opened the app only once or twice and it worked. After that when i would open the app, it would ask me to start my free trial, after choosing no my screen would show nothing, when i would try tapping on the “When to post” option, my screen would read “Something went wrong.” I soon figured out that the developers designed the app so that if you dont pay, you cant play.

Paid for your app and it stopped working

I paid for the subscription and now it doesn’t work anymore. When I open the app I just get an error message. I haven’t been able to use your app for weeks. I was hoping I just needed to update it but no matter what I still get an error message staying “something went wrong”. Can I get my money back?

I’ve used this app before, but the older version. So, I had to create a new account, but in the latest version it doesn’t allow me to connect to Instagram... only Facebook...

This new update is causing it not to work and it won’t let me in anymore even though I’m using the right passwords. I even changed the password incase and it’s still not working. If I do the wrong password it just says so... every time I use the right password it brings me to an error page saying client disabled in quotations ? please fix this asap... thanks.

It only gives me the option to link my Facebook..which I do not want to do. I downloaded to help with my instagram engagement.

There is always something wrong with this app. The developers spend more time focusing on UI than the actual UX. Don’t waste your time until they get this app fixed.

Took my money and stopped working

I purchased 1 year for $59.99 and it stopped working a few months later. I am trying to get a refund for the remaining 6 months of service WHICH I AM NOT GETTING from this app even though they took my money and claim they are working on it. It’s not happening, this app has been broken for a while. They are not being honest. They are telling me to request one from Apple knowing full well that they won’t refund me months of purchase. This is a total FAIL and someone at this company better step up and refund me my remaining money ASAP
