No support – Command Analytics Review

It seems like the company or developer just abandoned this app. I am paying for the pro subscription, and I am not able to add an additional account which it states I am able to with the subscription. I've emailed the developer a few times, and I have not gotten a response back. The Twitter link on the website leads to a dead end. If someone decided to abandoned their app, they need to take it down!
