Inconsistent app

I want to like this app only when it works. I was given the option of Free Trial and charged monthly to my iTunes account. That’s OK. However app has been very inconsistent about logins. Every time I get a different error message. Sometimes it says “Unauthorized” and other times it says “Invalid Password”. I am not a dummy when it comes to password management. I use 1Password application to manage my passwords. I had changed password several times and it still play those Inconsistent error messages. App let me on accidentally sometimes. It has all the data in nice manner. Easy understanding. When to post data. Here is my problem. When I follow those times suggested, I was getting my all time low likes. I figured out that, I am better on my own. ? Anyways, thanks for the efforts folks.

Scheduled posts require you to manually post

Explain how this makes sense? Why would I use a post scheduling tool, just so you can alert me, which then requires me to go into your app and post? Even then, your app brings up a prompt to send the post via iMessage, email, etc., with no option for IG. Terrible interface.

This was my favorite app ever, it helped me so much. Then they did an update from Hell now it won’t show me as a paid user. I paid $59 for a year in November and can’t use the pro features anymore ?????? I tried the app again and it the worse don’t waist your money it’s not worth it and it’s not a free trial. I had it for 15 mins and it charged me. I’m getting my refund though paypal

Downloaded this app just a few days ago. It has been rather insightful and gives an overall statistical perspective on the varying areas of your social media account. With options allowing for hashtag generation it makes it a very user friendly experience. Thus far, I had one hiccup that was properly remedied to my complete satisfaction. There are paid options that allow for team members to help with post optimization among other things to include complete profile review. It’s a great app for amateurs as well as experts. It is very very useful in understanding the algorithm by which social media platforms are to conform. I have learnt a lot in these past few days including things such as when is the best time to post. I have watched my engagement rate improve by following the statistics presented by this app. Definitely recommend.

Crashes all the time.

I like to use the feed preview function on this app but every time I use it, it crashes. Sometimes it will crash immediately or after 20 minutes of rearranging images. Then when I open it back up, it has scrambled all the work I had done. Really REALLY frustrating. Looking for a new app to use as this one is crap.

You pay for the pro features for a year yet you still have to pay separately for every service you want to use. Awful app

Nothing But Issues With This App

Over a year ago I paid the annual subscription fee for this app and within weeks it stoped working. I contacted the app developer to help resolve the problem and after several month he got back to me and got me re-set up. I went to log in today and again cannot. None of my log-in credentials work. So frustrating to pay $$ for something and not be able to use it. Before all of this, in the short time I used the app I really liked it. Happy to change my rating if developer quickly resolved this issue.

Not worth the $10

I liked the older version, provided more without having to pay anything. The $10 is not worth the I formation you get.
