Bank and app both are horrible

I had it to where I could use my fingerprint but then needed to change password and fingerprint didn’t work no matter what I did. Finally got it working when the same thing happened again. As for the bank, customer service is decent at best. Many tellers carry on conversations with fellow tellers about things that aren’t work related while there are people waiting to do business. And the fact that they charge a monthly fee just for having an account?! I’m only a customer because I have a loan there. As soon as my loan is paid off, I’m gone! My other bank is much better!
Transfering to/from other banks

App won't allow for a transfer to or from another banking institution. The only reason I have this bank is because of a vehicle loan, and I got this app as an easy way to make my payments, but it's not a feature. App is pointless for me.
App is good, but..

The app is quite good, but secure login with fingerprint no longer works. When launching a message box tells you to press for access but then a message in red says it is invalid. You then have to manually entee your user ID and password.

If I could give half a star I would. This app is ridiculous. No features that don’t exist on the website already. Only have an account with them because we have a loan. Can’t even make payments to the loan from another account after I was told the best way was to use the mobile app. What a joke.

It’s essentially a link to their mobile website. No Face ID, doesn’t remember username and password, and once you’re in its awkward and clumsy to use. Can’t give it zero stars or I would. Thing is it used to be decent, but they “updated” it maybe 18 months ago and now it’s just bad.
