Huge downgrade. The app is clunky and obnoxious to use just like the website. It’s so hard to navigate both and becoming such a huge pain that I’d like to switch to a new bank.


New app not supported with iPhone 8

They are unable to have their mobile app work on iPhone 8. Many visits to the branch for associates to see the issues and screenshots have been given to developers yet no resolution or response. They have no idea on how to fix this to date. Very disappointing to have to use a computer for all functions that were once available on the mobile app with the old system. Disappointing all the way around.

This app is a gigantic step backwards from the prior one in almost every way. Might as well not bother using it, as it’s just a mobile wrapper on the website. May as well just use the website itself, where the features are at least fully supported.

This app is awful. It doesn’t work. Ever since Collins did their upgrades to their software the App is useless. I can’t find anything when I go online. I can only see 1 month of my statement if I get lucky. The bank is no help @ all. They treat you like your stupid and can’t run a phone app. Not recommended at all till they fix the flaws. Waste of time!!!!

Awful, ancient and does not function well on the iPhone 6. Can’t set up my loan payment for auto pay, need to do thru a computer.

Where is the Touch ID? Please rethink this app for your customers sake. I’m a new customer and I can tell this app is awful. I’m not even comparing it to previous versions.

This app has been terrible to use (and the website too) I am so close to leaving the bank just because it’s so unusable and impractical. It’s slow and has such an old look. You can’t use Touch ID and the layout is awful.

Not working in WIFI mode

App stopped working on WiFi. Have to turn off WiFi to get app to work on cellular service 4G. Please fix!!!
