Bank and app both are horrible – Collins Community CU Mobile Review

I had it to where I could use my fingerprint but then needed to change password and fingerprint didn’t work no matter what I did. Finally got it working when the same thing happened again. As for the bank, customer service is decent at best. Many tellers carry on conversations with fellow tellers about things that aren’t work related while there are people waiting to do business. And the fact that they charge a monthly fee just for having an account?! I’m only a customer because I have a loan there. As soon as my loan is paid off, I’m gone! My other bank is much better!
