I can’t afford to pay for a subscription and I respect that money has to be distributed for this app to be as perfect as it is but whenever I reach my limit of 8 lines it ALWAYS asks me to pay for a subscription and kind of gets in the way of process and which annoys me. Could there be a “don’t ask again” button?

This app was absolutely perfect i used whenever I needed to memorise anything. But now i have to make a subscription to the app if I want to make a new folder and I can’t even use my old folders if they have for than 8 recordings. Pathetic.

Holy cow, I’ve been struggling with a teleprompter, camera, recruiting a reader, directing them, tapping the computer space bar to stop or start the teleprompter. This app does it all effectively. A brilliant product well worth every penny. I sometimes have to do three or four auditions a day. This saves me time and money and the quality of transcription and video Is brilliant…Kudos
Great but inconsistent

This app has been a real lifesaver during lockdown, when you can’t find someone to read with you. However it’s very frustrating when you’re in the middle of a good take and the app doesn’t recognize the queue line that you gave. The voice recognition is sometimes problematic.

i used this like 5 months ago for a show i did and it was so good but then i need it now for a new show im in n now u gotta pay a subscription to be able to do more than 8 lines ? who is only gonna need to rehearse EIGHT lines ??? i hate capitalism man come on

What happened to this great app? Nothing is working properly. First, many of my previous recordings simply disappeared. 2nd, my previous back-ups won’t restore them. 3rd, now I can’t do new back-ups. 4th, transcription (which was frequently inaccurate no matter how ridiculously I over enunciate and slowly I speak) isn’t working. It worked this morning. Now it doesn’t work at all. 5th, and worst of all, the recordings used to play on a continuous loop. I need that loop playback so I can listen while I drive or do things. Isn’t this line learning app the most expensive on the market? Shouldn’t the basic features work? Shouldn’t *something* work?
Terrible customer service and constant glitches

I was paying for this app for months and even though my subscription is up to date it suddenly says I don’t have a subscription and can’t use the premium features. There is no number to call, only an email that they don’t respond to. Absolutely awful company.
