-The posssible matches are of a higher ‘standard’ - Out of 4 I matched with 2 responded, and 2 just liked me / I liked back and no response ... possible bots Pro: The posssible matches are of a higher ‘standard’ Con: Limited if you don’t pay or if you run out of beans. You can view the people you liked, but you have to pay. You can’t view the people you liked. if someone likes you and you don’t see them in suggested. You may just miss them entirely.

Misleading

It’s a classic bait and switch. They promise a free week and when you cancel the subscription prior to the end of the week they shut you down. Not recommended!

Aggressive marketing algorithms

I had the lowest number of matches/interaction compare to all other dating apps combined. CMB constantly marketing new features that are supposed to make you stand out.

So many bots

NU student class of '94

Credit to CMB for adding the personal deets section- bots don’t read those. If you get a response noting specifics about your hiking injury when you were a kid, or your affinity for three-buck Chuck, etc - that’s likely a real live person. I would also suggest getting a reverse image app to do just another layer of “getting to know”. Good luck friends!

Deleting it permanently

I started using this app for years and have paid money for better chances of matching. Even though I got matched with many people, I never got even one in person date with any of the matches. People on this app does not talk and just let the eight day talk period, which is meaningless and stupid, expire. I used Facebook dating for a month and got over 100 matches and went on 6 dates over a spread of 2 months and got into a 4 month relationship. I refuse to let CMB continue to make me feel that nobody was willing to date me! Fair well!

Paid money got nothing

Feels like a mob boss runs this app. I’ve had the lowest number of interactions ( 0 likes) of any app! I’ve gotten 20-30 likes on other apps and on here I got nothing. I thought maybe you get what you pay for so I splurged on a 1 month subscription for over $30!? . You don’t get unlimited likes, but you do get some helpful insights which would be awesome if the people you liked actually would like back. It makes me suspicious that the app is just fake accounts and they update the insight data to appear real. Really disappointed

Don’t even bother with this dating app

At first CMB gave me plenty of suggestion matches but it’s been weeks now and some days I get lucky if I get 1. The discover feature is also useless as it doesn’t refresh daily. I’ve had the same set of people shown to me for more than a few days. The concept of the app is good but the algorithm needs lots of work. How is it supposed to learn what I like if I just get 1 sometimes no suggested matches?

Been on for a month and not impressed

Frychicken

I’ve been on this site for a month and I am very displeased with the choices of men on this site. Now obviously the pool of men that are filtered my way is not the fault of the app, but it was very discouraging.

Worst app

First gave me bunch of recommendations and after i paid membership, it only give me 1 recommendations per day. And now this app block to login because my account is flagged by incorrect info. What the hell. DO NOT SPEND PENY on this useless app

Expensive gambling

Yes i saw the thing on shark tank. Theres a reason why they partnered up. Its a great way to milk money out of people. Online dating is already expensive. Most services are reducing what free stuff they used to offer. It seemed like they wanted to charge and arm and a leg until now. Yes its free and there are free features. The more attractive ones are pay to play while the ugly ones are at the end of the daily rotation. With that said, its gambling if i need to pay extra for a chance to talk to someone vs other users. For all i know they are fake profiles since online is full of them. At least other sites you pay a flat rate to find out. This is done to maximize profits...and its a bit unethical. I believe i read women use this for free while men are the ones that pay. This would be sexist in todays world so theres that let alone the gender issue factoring in there. Im sure women love that double standard. It also seems like you can click all day long on profiles and to cut the line you can send “flowers” that cost more beans. Right... now i have to question if my original request was sent and/or how long is it being delayed by because of this cut the line process. Theres too many shenanigans going on to placate any concerns. Also there arent enough people in a 5 mile radius to show up that dont live in the city. Im not going into the city. And for those reasons, im out.
