To the developers, please just delete my account. I tried over several days to update my profile by trying to add pictures or prompts and it will not let me. After several attempts, I can’t even delete my own account. I’m more frustrated than anything. I’m sure the app is great, but I can’t even use it properly

Not only do you have to pay for a subscription to get features that are included on most sites but they obviously take all the physically attractive matches and put them in the “discover” section where you have to pay several dollars just to send a message even at the sale prices. It averages out to be about five dollars just to send a message to a random person. They can charge for a subscription to get all the features but they can’t charge extra and definitely not that much extra for me to send a message to someone that they decided they wouldn’t let me talk to. I paid attention for the six month subscription that I had and consistently failed to receive matches that were in the discover section waiting for me to have to pay extra to talk to them. You call them beans, I call it a rip off.

Never recommend based on my preference. Just recommend randomly and no need to set your preference. Even ethnicity of my preference is different that I set.

My profile was removed because they couldn’t verify me. They asked fir my selfie and my driver license and yet they couldn’t verify me lol. Felt like some 3rd world police interrogation. Frustrating experience.

I’ve never had bots sent to me until this app! The app sends a message from a bot that says hi, maybe asks a question, then never says another word. They do it to keep you engaged . Garbage app!

I did open this app expecting start to chat or see the people that I like right away. But I couldn’t, ask for to much information and don’t give the same back. I’m pretty disappointed of this app honestly, I don’t want to pay the amount that you ask for the membership because I think is expensive for the results at the end…

I’m on a few dating apps, trying them all out. This one has yielded the least results. I have a notification saying I have 6 likes, and I can’t see a single one unless I subscribe. And $35/month is so much higher than other apps I’ve tried.

This app is legit with real profiles but I’ve encountered the same problem several times and it can’t be a coincidence. Sometimes I will find a profile I’m interested in and attempt to purchase bagels to send a like. The purchase goes through fine but then the app won’t send the like and saying that it’s a connection problem. I can try to send the like over and over again but I’m not successful until I purchase even more bagels even though I had enough to start with. Since it has happened more then 4 times, I think this is intentional to get you to buy more bagels. Very disappointed.
