Not working properly

I just downloaded the app In hopes to connect with someone, but the app froze on me after three swipes. I’m not for sure as to why it has frozen. I tried to delete the app and reinstall it but it did the same thing.

Shadow banned my entire country. You can let us download your useless app to swell your download numbers and use in your marketing but you won’t let Nigerians register. Privacy violations: photo access

With the latest app update, the app doesn’t ask whether I want access to my photos and simply accesses all of them on. Please fix ASAP

Got a notification that I had a new bagel to review. Lo and behold when I went to check, not only did I not have a bagel I also didn’t have any discover suggestions... “When available, we’ll let you discover bagels nearby”...what does that even mean? I had at least 12 suggestions when I checked the previous day... Now I have to wait another 24 hours to see if or if not I have any suggestions...
Get rid of paying for beans

Pretty frustrating that you cannot send someone a like simply because i don’t have enough “beans”. There’s really no way to get more and i’m sick of these pay to date apps. I don’t understand the point of a having a limit to liking people? Feels like missed chances and i’m not paying money so that someone may or may not match with.

OMG so many issues. This dating app is not user friendly making the monthly fee laughable. Here are the issues: 1.) You can only reject(press the X) under Suggested 2.) Your Preferences don’t carry over to the Discover tab do you need to apply your preferences or you get everything under the Sun. 3.)YOUR PREFERENCES RESET DAILY under Discover so yep you’ve got to set the preferences all over again. 4.) I’m showing up in men’s matches who are not in my preferences. So I’m getting likes from 60yr old men. If I’m not interested in that age range I shouldn’t be an option for them. 5.) The preferences are incredibly limited and very basic. 6.) If I like someone on the Discover page they’ll show up the next day under Discover like I never hit the like button leaving me to think I’m insane questioning whether I hit the heart or not. 7.) In order to have someone you’re not interested in to not continuously show up in Discover you need to physically Block them. It’s beyond unnecessary. 8.) BLOCK & REPORT do the same thing do why give 2 different options for the exact same result. This app is not user friendly and as long as CMB has been in business this should be much easier to navigate.

Buggy and frustrating to use

After spending time picking photos and writing, nothing shows up in the Likes You tab except for a huge ad. All pictures and profiles in Discover were also invisible. Couldn’t tell if it was by design to get IAPs or bugs. Reinstalled the app and Discover profiles loaded. Nothing to see under Likes You so still uncertain if there is anything at all to see without paying premium. Pretty frustrating to use.
Fake profiles show up again

The algorithm of this app is junk. I met many profiles that I knew were fake because their story doesn’t match with their details. I deleted and reported several fake profiles, only to have them appear again in my Discovery feed. People that I didn’t like also appeared again as matches. If you subscribed to this app and don’t like it, you can request a refund through Apple subscriptions.
