Terrible algorithm and experience,ruins relationships

They would randomly banned your account without reasons, afterward they request for your passport or other government ID without explanation. No matter what case, either you are a good person or you paid for conversation already, they don’t care. If you don’t give your government id, you lost your friends on CMB. They do what they like with terrible manners.

I started communicating with a guy on here a couple of months ago. We were and still are a great match. We have a lot of things in common and we find ourselves laughing together daily. The prompts helped us to see what we have in common. He and I decided to delete the app this week and make it official! So thank you CMB for connecting me with a warm, kind, and funny man who makes me happy. I’m grateful??. Oh and as far as the other stuff here’s the deal: The site is user friendly. They send you reminders daily to check your bagel which is great. They allow you to extend matches if needed. If folxs are interested in online dating, I recommend this site. Of course just like any other site, you will have to weed through folxs who can be a good fit and those who will not be.

The app is showing I have 2 likes, but the only way I (think) I can see them is by paying for premium. No thanks. I get having to wait for new matches - that’s alright for a free app. But I shouldn’t have to pay premium to view likes.

How long does it take to get a refund. Not happy with the results whatsoever. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and asked for a refund. You charge in minutes, why can the refund be the same. Please process this refund asap. Thank you

I’m not sure what the problem is but, at least if you live in the Los Angeles area, there are very few members on this site. I have gone days without being given a single choice. So, If you’re interested in this application you should wait a while until more members have signed up.

I think it’s a good app, but I have very few matches in my area. I don’t get a daily list as they advertise. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of app users and the high monthly fee to use it.

I only get to see six people a day. It’s nothing to use honestly unless you are lucky to catch a break with someone.
