Lost progress - so frustrated

I have been playing this game for ages, and most recently had a 150+ day streak and many earned hints and coins. Unprompted by me, it either updated or something a week ago, because now it only loads with ‘German’ language displayed and ALL of my progress is lost. So disappointed.

Rewards not being granted

Been playing this for a long time now but have started noticing that when coin rewards are being offered for watching a video the reward is not being given. This has happened on a wheel of Fortune video several times. Very annoying! UPDATE : Part of the rewards incentives is to watch videos, after which you claim your reward. This has quickly degraded where close to 50% of the videos watched fail to grant the reward! What gives?? You will know you will not receive your reward when the “X” appears in the upper left corner. What a waste of time and de-incentivier! Boo!

Too many adds

Love the game. Even use the hard version; however, way too many ads … way too many. Every time I move ahead I have to watch an app ad. I keep the sound down to play the game anywhere, but then those ads come on and are very loud. Please offer an ad-free version, or please keep the ads to a minimum. Thank you.

Love but needs to be fixed

I love this game when it will open I keep trying to open and it closes so I deleted and tried to redownload and now it won’t even let me download it!

Do not like the changes, if I wanted to do a cross word puzzle, I would have down loaded a cross word app or buy the news paper. Why change something that isn't broke? No more playing for me, game deleted.

The vertical crosswords that Cody is learning are worth a quick definition. Mesosphere. Educate me. I'd like to know, but don't want to leave the game even for a second! Addicted? I know what THAT means!

You have ruined a perfectly good game. Why did you feel it necessary to add all those little symbols within the word to be found. They are annoying. I simply hate it when a developer thinks he has to improve a perfectly good game because someone else redesigned their game. Other “goofs” too but not worth mentioning. Used to love your game…now it simply takes up space on my iPhone.

I have to say, this was my go to game and I loved the special events you could do, but after the new update with the symbols and not knowing if an answer is correct until after you’ve filled every answer in has made me really dislike it. I much preferred the old version where the events were similar to regular levels/puzzles; now it’s super confusing and it’s much, MUCH more difficult and frustrating. I would give it five stars otherwise. I’m really frustrated and disappointed with this update and I really, really am hoping they’ll change it back to the old, normal version for events.
