During the pandemic mess this app has saved my sanity by reading multiple books and I do mean multiple books at least one a week and different writers. Thanks for being there for me and everyone else

So, I don’t usually write reviews, but this is bothering me a bit. CloudLibrary is a great app, it’s free (yay!?), and easy to use. There are a few glitches that have occurred recently, like where when I first download the book and start reading, the first few pages are normal, but then the pages after them are blank. Luckily, if you click out of the book, and click back in, it works. There’s another glitch where some books only have the option to suggest and save for later. It made me very disappointed when this happened with a book I had really been looking forward to reading. Please fix, if possible! ?✌? EDIT: For some reason, it’s now working, sooo...??♀️ Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Otherwise, this is a great app!??

All of a sudden the search feature won’t work at all. Book shows up, then vanishes. Won’t show an author whose books I know should be there. If I’m finally able to find what I’m looking for, there’s a persistent error message when trying to download or even just listen to a new audio book. Is there a new update that ruined it? It used to work and that’s why I’m giving it two stars rather than one. If it’s fixed I will update review.

The iOS app is having issues and I am unable to login to my account. I can login using the Android app on two other devices (phones so screen size is not exactly conducive to reading) so I know the issue is with the iOS version. There is no way to contact support via the website (unless it is well buried) nor is there a way to contact the developer via the App Store. If there was, I would provide detailed info including screenshots of my error messages. Yes....I have the most recent app updates installed. So frustrating!!!
