Some good, some not so good

I like that this app has a sleep timer. It is competent with audio, etc. My main complaint is that I can’t scroll to a place, that it will only go to the beginning of a part or chapter. I often use the sleep timer when, of course, I go to sleep. The next day I prefer to go back and hear the parts that I didn’t hear while asleep. This app doesn’t allow users to scroll the bar to, for example, 30 minutes prior. (In contrast, the Overdrive app does allow this.) Instead a user has to use the 15 second forward/backward marks. This takes a while. Please allow users to scroll to specific places in audiobooks.

Sometimes it can be difficult searching for books and authors. Even if I recently checked them out and know they are there, the search results come up empty.

This is an excellent way for any homebound person to be able to access library resources. I have enjoyed listening to books, and reading books from this app! Thank you!

I have been buying books for years until a friend introduced me to this site. It has been great overall, but sometimes I wish you could keep a book longer. Also, not all the books I want to read are in the e-version. Plan to keep reading with this app. Thanks!
Still Broken

The latest update did not fully fix this app. It no longer jumps to the end of a chapter on a page turn. But now it opens to the last page read and then jumps back a few pages.

The problem is when I turn a page, the app sometimes jumps 20 pages or more ahead. The bookmarks don’t hold your place. When I place a bookmark then go back to the book I’m not on the saved page. Sometimes when I try to go to the bookmark it doesn’t work and I have to manually look for the bookmark. When searching I use the table of contents to go to a specific chapter but it doesn’t I stays on the page I was on. I keep hoping these issues will be corrected when you update the app but so far they have been ignored. I miss the original app my library had before this one. It worked.
