I love this app! It is amazing and wonderful, but recently I have a borrowing issue. I can only borrow one book instead of three.

Was happy with this app until recent update. I can’t see books I have on hold, and when they are in, can’t download them. It’s gone from great to useless.

Unhappy. Used for years and liked it. Read hundreds of books. Now it no longer remembers the place where I stopped reading and reopens the book at the beginning of the chapter I am reading. I also do not like the loss of brightness control within the app. Relying on the iPad system brightness control makes it too bright for nighttime reading, even at the dimmest setting.

Covid descended on our lives, the library was closed, I felt such a loss. I grew up going to a library in a rural town, it was located on the second floor of the DAR building in town. It was open short hours 3 days a week. My mother took me to this library for years, before I graduated high school the library moved to a grand old colonial home. The fond memories I have are with me today. I believe supporting the library in your town is something everyone should consider. When it was announced that curb side pickup was being offered I thought what a gift the library offered to all our residences. The staff was wonderful, always a smile as they ran the books out to the cars.who would have wondered that decades ago, books would be brought out to the curb. You are a dedicated person group of people , helping others and bringing. Joy to a person’s dat. Thank you a million times over. Lucille
New update issues please help

Love this app. Cannot find where to provide feedback for developer so I'm hoping this gets there. New version issues. 1 brightness button gone - even in dark node at my lowest brightness setting it is now too bright to read at night when I do most of my reading 2 rotation lock button gone - when rotated, glitches and loses place, not to mention need this to read in bed 3 doesn’t save last page I was reading, when switching apps, if I go to change font, after reopening 4 cannot do phrase search at all now and when doing word search the list will include the 1st two letters of the word, then 1st three and so forth resulting in ridiculously long list and making it useless 5 Previously when I bookmarked or highlighted, the drop down menu would show 1st line of text of that page which is a handy reminder where in story It is. Now it only shows title of chapter. 6 The scroll bar at bottom is gone and I cannot scroll to the page I want anymore. Hope you can add buttons back and fix the new glitches as I use this as my primary ebook reader on my phone. I hope this is a good place for feedback for developers. Thank you so much. Definitely the best reader app for library books.
No History or Recommendations! Adequate player...

It seems amazing in this day and age that the app continues to show you books you’ve already read, with no indicator. Also there does not seem to be any recommendations engine based on what you’ve already read, leaving you to slog through the whole catalog each time. Otherwise an ok book player

I have to restart often from audio playback errors. Now the books are skipping audio. I’m missing details.
It doesn’t remember where I was.

All my other reading apps, including Kindle, take me back where I left off - not cloud library. Sometimes it does but often jumps somewhere else.
Unable to Search

Every time I select the search icon it kicks me out of the app to the iPhone home page. I think I will try deleting it and reinstalling it. Anyone find a fix for this?
