Almost gets it right

Wish i could change font due to vision issues I have. A Serif font (only one available) is horrible to read. Pages do not update when switching between devices.

Horrible support. Top and bottom lines are difficult to read because the notch and the home button aren’t taken into account. Please fix.

I love to read and I love free books. App allows me to check out books on the go for free without worrying about returning them on time or having to carry multiple paper back books. I just wish there was a way to not show books that you’ve read already when browsing.

Where is access to Kindle books?

It’s as if the requirements for this app included “make sure errors are ambiguous or unexplained”. Search results are empty and accompanied by meaningless “Retry” link with no explanation why no results are displayed. Unfortunately, as a piece of software associated with my public library I just wouldn’t expect much better and I’m actually surprised it doesn’t just crash constantly. So that’s a plus I guess.

If you know you are the author or the name of the book very easy to find the book and order it and when you tell him that you would like to be notified when it is available they do it.

Still no Kindle books

My library used to use Overdrive. The Overdrive app itself is just okay, but most of the books were available for Kindle, so I could use my Kindle for reading. This? not. It's terrible. Not even as good as the Overdrive app, with or without Kindle. Yuk.
