Loved Overdrive, hate cloudLibrary

Overdrive had a much larger selection of books. I had 15-20 books in my Overdrive list when it was discontinued in place of cloudLibrary. NONE of the books on my list were available on cloudLibrary.

I wish it worked! My other library had a similar app called hoopla and I loved hoopla. Error message pops up when I try and get into this app. Can’t even open it with out “request failed: bad gateway (502)” message popping up!
Not too Happy

My library just switched to this app and I’m not too happy with the change. I’m finding that there are often issues and glitches with it. One example is when you turn the page, the next page is a copy of the page you just flipped one. There also have been several instances of the next paging not picking up at the proper line of the story. It may repeat part of what I just read and the continuation is halfway down the page or else it completely skips a paragraph or two and makes no sense. If I flip back and forth this sometimes fixes itself but not always. This is tiresome and I wish I had the old app back.

Switched by library and find this ok. Love listening to audiobooks. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of choices of favorite authors or classics. Disappointing

It’s better than nothing I guess since I don’t have another option, but since my library switched I can hardly get any of the books I want, especially audiobooks. Every time I request through my library I get rejected; and as far as I know the app doesn’t offer the option to request stuff directly to them. Which overdrive/Libby did do. I think there’s so much improvement needed and they should take a lesson from their competitors. This App was supposed to make things easier not irritate everyone. I wish our suggestions were actually taken and not overlooked just because we aren’t developers. And don’t even get me started on the computer app version, I’d be better off just uninstalling it, since I can’t even listen offline, or download anything on there. Speaking of downloading overdrive took like a couple minutes, this app would probably take an hour or more, and I know 100% it’s not my WiFi that’s the problem.

I love iCloud library. I can’t get to my library without help. I can just click on a few things and I have my books!! Thank you!!

*Now I cannot change my margin size!* I wish there was a way to see the other books in a series. Also, I would have given more stars but when a book I am reading expires I am not given an option to renew it!! Then I am stuck trying to find the book and check it out again so I can finish reading it! That just happened and it was a pain in the butt!! Made me angry.
