It’s a cool app for communicating with teachers but I wish it was free and you did not have to pay for the points and stuff.

Our school uses this app for students. At first it was awesome! We could “applaud” good behavior and it allowed parental involvement. But as the year progressed and the app repeatedly updated its limited parents to JUST seeing what dojo points their child’s gotten without allowing any response from home at all unless you upgrade to the paid premium subscription, which is utter nonsense. I get developers wanting to make money but this app is a fundamental link between home and school. Why repeatedly fix and alter things that were fine to begin with?! I honestly am hoping the school catches wind of this and finds a more parental friendly application to use at this point. The changes have made the app less than user friendly and requiring a subscription service to do anything other than see how your child is doing during the day isn’t acceptable at all.
No internet?

I love this app when it works. Key phrase: when it works. 99 out of 100 times when I go to use this app, it tells me that I don’t have an internet connection, despite having an active internet connection and all my other internet apps working just fine.

This is the most best app for school!! It tells me everything that my child needs for school, you can message and everything! 10/10

Functional app but incredibly annoying.

The good: it does what it’s supposed to. It keeps track of all things school related and I love the point system and feedback it offers. I would give that on its own maybe 4-5 starts. The bad: I. Do. No. Want. Class. Dojo. Plus. When I DO want it I will then go look for that option and will upgrade my account. Having “DO YOU WANT TO UPGRADE” on every single option that isn’t available on the free app prompt dojo plus when you touch it is incredibly annoying. Then you compound it by making the prompt difficult to leave and move away from. It’s so annoying I have to close the app in frustration. Unfortunately, I have to come back to it to see my child’s progress and the app again tries to BEG me to pay you. I don’t want to. I don’t see the value. You can’t force it on me. Stop it. I’m not reading intrusive ads or looking at what it offers when you do this. I just want to delete the app, but can’t.
