This app requires that you pay a monthly subscription to effectively communicate with a teacher. This app was more functional before the subscription service.
Use because that’s what my kids school uses but be better

So this app WAS pretty great for checking in on my first grader until they updated it and now it’s difficult to use. I get the notifications that my kid got something. . . . I have to click the notification and open the app then several other clicks to get to the report for the day/week. They changed this for the worse and will be losing customers (schools) because of it. It’s a hassle to use now and I am not the only parent complaining to the school.

Messaging Problem

I never get notified when teachers send me messages. This wasn’t a problem before so I don’t know what happened but it’s awful!!
Notifications Not Working

We miss school announcements ALL THE TIME!! I have notifications for the app turned on but they do not come through!!! I have updated to the most recent iOS and app updates but still NO NOTIFICATIONS!! Our school ONLY communicates through this app and we are constantly missing out!! I’m not paying for the “plus” version which would be bull sh** if you have to to get notifications when a new message or announcement is sent. Shame on this app if they make parents have to pay to get updates from their child’s school.
