Can’t receive notifications

Every time teachers send me messages or post anything I don’t receive any notification. Please fix it or do I have to delete the app and reinstall it?

I have used class dojo for the past 3 years as a teacher. I used to love it. However, since the past couple of iOS updates, it has become glitchy and slow. Also, I have an unsent message I had scheduled in November that I “cannot delete” that was never sent. And with the most recent app update, the group messaging feature is gone. I think the last one wouldn’t have bothered me if the app had been working correctly this school year. I am considering not using it next school year.

I used to love this app until a few days ago when I did the update and now I can’t give any home pts for my daughters rewards by her teacher. I was able to at least do that with the free version. If I have to pay just to be able to click on the rewards by the teacher for pts there’s no point in using this app anymore except to get updates from the teacher/school which they use about twice a month. Way to go downhill Dojo.
