Amazing for first time travelers

I just got back from a trip to New York City, and there is no way I could have survived without this app. From riding the subway to walking, this app gave me accurate times to get places (especially when taking the subway) and was constantly updated. I live it. I didn’t get lost once because of it. Thank you citymapper team!!

Can’t change arrival time

Have loved this app for years. New Problem: can’t change arrival or departure time. Trying to leave at 1 to arrive some point in the future at 3, keeps changing to the current time. (The date is changeable.) Didn’t used to be that way. Please fix.

Used this app in Chicago, NYC, and Philadelphia and it never steered me wrong. Times are nearly dead on and directions are easy to follow. From La Guardia, instead of paying $65 for an Uber to Times Square, I paid $2.50 for the bus/Subway. Both options would have taken the same amount of time.

This app is awesome. I’m surprised more people don’t know about how concise and useful this app is. Tells your what part of the train to sit on. Times trains for connections. Works mostly in larger cities and I sometimes forget it doesn’t work in upstate New York. Easy to use and maneuver. Very well designed. Love it.

Love the app, it’s the best mapping app in the DC metro area. One problem: the watch app just gets stuck on a progress screen instead of giving directions. Has anyone experienced this?

I used this App to navigate around NYC. This app made it so easy! I was able to ride the subways for the first time without any major difficulty. I was able to walk places that were within walking distance. Invaluable!!
