I have been using this app for so many years now. And it’s the only travel guide you need when traveling in places like New York , San Francisco! It tells you everything from where you can get the best seat on the subway, to which is the nearest exit to your destination. I haven’t been lost in New York once I downloaded this app!

I originally felt the app was not intuitive, however you probably just need to get used to it. I had a question and the developers got back to me asap, whck I very much appreciated. Can't figure out how to indicate/change where I live (the home function). Google maps is much more intuitive. This app is great but needs to work on it's interface. Right now (12/2021) this app needs to improve. I'm rooting for it! But I'm using Google maps as my go to app in NYC.

I’ve used CityMapper several times in the past. I even paid for the service for a month in London just a few days ago. However I found the app difficult to use. I had to switch to Google Maps several times. CityMapper didn’t make it obvious which direction I had to go, or whether I should wake to a tube station or take a different method. I wished the app would store the trip details offline. When I was in the tube, sometimes there wasn’t a cell signal, which rendered the app nearly useless.
