I’m so disappointed that this app doesn’t give more alternate bus routes that I know exist (for transfers). The transit app I used before is much more in touch with all the possible routes, I have no idea why they are missing in City Mapper. Such a bummer because I love the UI/UX but the data is wrong. I redownloaded Transit today. Boy bye.

I recently used this app on a trip to London and Paris. I would likely still be standing in the airport if not for City Mapper. It’s clear, concise, and current to the second. I will advocate and recommend use of this app to anybody I talk to. It completely takes the stress out of navigating an unfamiliar area. The only thing I would add is a satellite view as sometimes a map alone doesn’t paint the full picture.

This is the best app for taking you around NYC! For my first time going there, it allowed my wife and I the tour NYC with no problems at all.

On our first day in Paris, my husband and I were in a pinch and spent $90 on Uber rides! I learned about this app through an air BNB host and oh my goodness! Felt like real Parisians. Got around seamlessly in a city that is very overwhelming. Do not rely on it to send you notifications about when to get off, just follow the step by step directions. Exactly what you’re looking for. Cannot day enough good things.

Recently I visited NYC for 4 days. I have been there three times and each time I was a stressful ball of mess that would be switching back and forth between three different apps and still managing to get lost. NOT ANYMORE !! Citymapper is the best app on the market for nagavating a big city. It took a few trail and errors to get the hang of it but once I got the gist of the app it was super easy . I love the fact that it gives you multiple options for getting to your destination and you just pick the one that works best for you. My preferences was buses with no transfers . So I found it and picked . I didn’t get lost not one time with citymapper and it actually made traveling the city seem like a breeze .
